I agree about all but Mani Shankar Aiyar did phenomenally in the Panchayti raj ministry..
Will miss the histrionics of Laloo in the Lok Sabha though :P
I seem to remember Mani Shankar Aiyar's petroleum ministry stint as being and unqualified disaster. He is also an incredibly irritating speaker (unlike his economist brother).
However, he's a family loyalist, so he may be back through the Rajya Sabha. :)
